Funeral Benefit Fund
The Funeral Benefit Fund is a dedicated support fund established for all City of Harare employees. Participation in the fund is mandatory, with monthly contributions automatically deducted from employees' salaries. The primary objective of the fund is to provide financial assistance to members and their immediate families in the event of death, ensuring dignity and reduced financial burden during such difficult times.
